I purchased a toner cartridge at a great price. It came to me quick. . . then I accidentally sent it to the post office while delivering packages (unknown to me that it had been delivered,someone at home put the package inside with the packages getting ready to go to the post office. . doh!) so my package went from you to me, to the post office,back to fed ex, back to you! And then without issues it came right back to me. No hassling. It was great! I opened up the box took it out removed the orange bits and slid it right into my printer. And it works great! Will buy again! This time I won't accidentally send it back! Thank you!
