I just noticed the date this was sent was July 17! I am so sorry to have taken so long to respond. I truly love this company and the way they conduct business. Their website is easy to navigate and that makes it quick to complete my order. I have ordered new and recycled ink cartridges for my HP printer and almost never had any issues. I have been ordering from them about five years. I have only had issues twice, both times the cartridge wouldn't print. I contacted customer service, they gave me a couple of workaround type things to do to see if that would help. The first time it did, but the last time it didn't. This last time when the workaround didn't fix the problem C.S. immediately sent me a return label and I received the replacement cartridge asap. It doesn't matter to them if you are a small customer (I order ink cartridges for my one printer about 4 times a year). They are always courteous and helpful, and I really appreciate that.
