Very impressed with how fast the delivery was. Fixed the constant problem I was getting with a different brand cyan cartridge leaving streaks after about a year. Hopefully this lasts and doesn't have that problem. Prints so far a clear and crisp.

Ease of ordering what I needed accompanied by swift delivery! Highly recommend their products.

1. Inspite of error in filling my order, Robert of the Support Team acknowledged and quickly rectified the error. Good job. 2. I am still waiting for directions from the Warehouse Team as to returning the wrong stuff. Maybe there is a business case for not retrieving it ?(cost >benefit) 3. For Continuous Improvement, maybe useful to track Rate of Error in Filling Orders as a KPI.
