Again problems with the new black Toner Cartridge. Other than that everything is okay

Prompt delivery and when a problem arose they dealt with it fairly and expeditiously

Delivery was on time and the cartridge compatible, but pricey

Just loaded two cartridges and seems to work just fine.

Received within 6 days but purchased being lead to believe they were in Canada. Following delivery tracking the cartriges were shipping through Spain. Just like to shop Canadian.
