- The buying process was pretty good - The information was clear - Packaging and and item were in excellent condition - Item were delivered promptly - Unfortunately, the cartridge is not recognized by my ImageClass MF249dw as advertised. - I can still print, but get an error message and can’t get a reading of the remaining ink
