A Wellness Lifeline ;-)
I absolutely love this journal. I was given it years ago by a cousin, and I used it here and there just for the daily journaling function. When I felt ready I started using the more extensive soul searching and planning guidance parts, and recently have started daily journaling with it.
The process is therapeutic and genuinely helps me keep focused on where I want my head to be (even when that is very hard). I love that if I fall of the yoga and meditation bandwagon, I can still just use the daily journal page as a simple thing to do which helps me get back on the bandwagon for my other yoga and meditation activities. Some days breathing and movement are beyond me, but I can still manage writing and that's the thing that links me back so I can hop back on the bus when I'm ready :-).
