A Wellness Lifeline ;-)

I absolutely love this journal. I was given it years ago by a cousin, and I used it here and there just for the daily journaling function. When I felt ready I started using the more extensive soul searching and planning guidance parts, and recently have started daily journaling with it. The process is therapeutic and genuinely helps me keep focused on where I want my head to be (even when that is very hard). I love that if I fall of the yoga and meditation bandwagon, I can still just use the daily journal page as a simple thing to do which helps me get back on the bandwagon for my other yoga and meditation activities. Some days breathing and movement are beyond me, but I can still manage writing and that's the thing that links me back so I can hop back on the bus when I'm ready :-).

Best journal I have used for daily mindset and routine

Fantastic journal for mindset and daily organisation, I love the prompts and also the daily review questions. Reflection has always been a gap of mine so the reflection questions really help. I love the 90 day planning tool and feel like this has been definitely worth the investment as I can use it as a daily resource for the entire year. If you are sitting on the fence or have been unsure I recommend to take the plunge!

Completed transformed my habits.

I cannot express how much I LOVE this journal. I recently purchased my second one. I am the type of person who loves new ideas, begins a projects and then just stops halfway through, but I’ve really seen a difference in my habits over the last 12 months. Breaking the goals down into small steps and being reminded each day to focus on those small steps has kept me accountable and helped me reach larger goals. I also have to admit I wasn’t looking after my health as well as I should have and it’s great to have the reminder for meditation and exercise each day. I now meditate more frequently and exercise every day, I feel so much better within myself and I love starting and ending my day with a positive mindset.
