Being a yoga teacher, I've been looking for a journal that incorporates most, if not all, of the elements I need to provide a sense of completion - if you may- to my daily practice. This journal ticked that plus more! More than just a yoga journal, this book is a life transformation journal - having sections to the most important areas of my life and what I aim to achieve in those areas. These goals are then broken down to 90-day goals, then monthly, weekly and daily chunks and then a weekly, 90-day, and end-of-year check-in to see how you went. The perfect accountability companion.
The journal also encourages to develop healthy and conscious daily habits with the 8 Daily Steps - all incorporated in the daily pages.
If I were to ask for something, I would love to have more space for daily reflections/brain dumps. Other than that, this journal is perfect. I love it so much that I got their business journal too!
