Great investment, this book it a real good catch to start the day open while focused. I like the design and the changing questions. The introduction to self development and goal setting is helpful for beginners as well as experienced mindfulness adepts.

I love this agenda! I finally found a good quality book that s big enough for a year and where the topics are open enough to help me structure my day and open my mind for good things. It feels good to start and end the day with awareness and mindfulness while keeping an eye on appointments and proper scheduling tasks.
