Printing was good. Ordering online is confusing. Had two orders and did not receive a refund for one when I asked. Received two print jobs but I am not spending money to send them back. May use your services again.

Printing and delivery are good but website is very difficult to use when wanting to use a password manager for completing forms.

At first i was really impressed with the set of custom cards that I ordered. I had stayed well within the recommended bleed lines. The more packs I opened ( 30 packs x36 cards) in my order, I realized that the quality was varying quite a lot. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. Overall It was more than satisfactory. As a customer I did my part staying within the lines within my design, it would have be nice to see Canada Copy improve their service to keep up there end of the arrangement for a overall more satisfactory print job.

The card cutting is rough. The edges are frayed.

When you print legal or business documents and pay extra for quick shipping, that delivery date is really important. Being a full week late is simply unacceptable. It appears this error stemmed from late production start on the order, but that is only based on email updates from CanadaCopy.
