The quality of the paper
The quality of the paper was really good, thicker than I expected. So good in fact the stories for the binders I chose are packed in quite tight. But they look so good. The best part was the price, now I can finally afford to share hard copies with my family. Thank you!

Fast, friendly, timely, good quality.
Fast, friendly, timely, good quality. Quesstionable on the shipping, though. Offered free shipping by Canada Post; $118 for UPS; I chose free and they came by UPS anyway!!! Don't pay the extra!
