The print and finish are good, but the online creation tool was not ideal. Would have preferred a way to upload a single pdf or illustrator/Affinity file. The result ended up being off center. Process was faster than indicated, so there is a star for that.

Product was exactly as described, very happy with it. Ordering process was cumbersome and scared me away.

At first i was really impressed with the set of custom cards that I ordered. I had stayed well within the recommended bleed lines. The more packs I opened ( 30 packs x36 cards) in my order, I realized that the quality was varying quite a lot. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great. Overall It was more than satisfactory. As a customer I did my part staying within the lines within my design, it would have be nice to see Canada Copy improve their service to keep up there end of the arrangement for a overall more satisfactory print job.

Quality was very poor. Decent customer service, but sadly the paper was so cheap that you could see through the QR code, the text was blurry, and overall not impressive at all. Will not be ordering again.

Disappointed with the shipping and customer support experience. My cards were only shipped two weeks after the estimated delivery date, even after contacting support twice for updates. When they arrived, I received the wrong box. Support explained that the option I selected shouldn’t have been available and would be removed from the website, but they didn’t offer a solution. I also requested a shipping refund since the delay caused me to miss the occasion I bought them for, but this was denied. Overall, I’m disappointed with how the situation was handled and would look at competitors before purchasing again.
