Per the shipping and delivery instructions on the website, I received my planner within the timeframe posted. I thought a mistake was made on my end, but the Customer Care Team pleasantly explained thoroughly what occurred. This is my second purchase supporting Be Rooted. It will not be my last.

Very nice planner. Will be giving to my daughter as a Xmas present. I know she will love it!
