I was so happy when the planner arrived and I look forward to using it next year. The layout makes planning easy and there are lots of sections for important information. My only problem was the shipping. I 100% purchased this planner to support a small business. However, I am Canadian. Between the shipping rate (which was ok-ish, I can understand it), the exchange and then duties and taxes at the border for a notebook and planner it cost be over $200! I love the planner but unfortunately, I just can't afford that every year (I really wish I could!)
