Lewis and the Stando team are fantastic. I honestly could not recommend them any higher, they have gone above and beyond to help, doing far more than any other business I have ever dealt with.

Instead of providing setup instructions we were given a heavy gauge card (apparently to save money) with a QR code to scan. But. . . . . the instructions were for a different chair so that whole exercise was counter productive. We eventually had to ring and get the correct instructions. This felt like the after sales service was not important.

Very sturdy, great price, good quality.

The desk is great. But delivery was not great. The desk itself weighed a substantial amount with all the protective layers on it requiring a trolley. Plus the delivery guy left it in the driveway as according to him they aren't supposed to take the desks inside. Numerous boxes had vague labels as was part of a wider order. Eg the third leg, which was white, came in a box labelled matte black. There was also no way to differentiate between the 2 leg set up and the 3 leg set up. Otherwise, very happy with the desks themselves
