The Customer Service at Rite in the Rain is tops! I love the Received Your Order confirmation and the shipping information with tracking. One thing I had never used before....they send out a notice before completing the order to look for any errors or omissions....and this last time...I failed to add my pencils on the order - No problems...they took care of that right away, adjusted the invoice - easy squeezy. It would have been aggravating to get the order and then realize I hadn't ordered the pencils. - Thorough, Courteous, Efficient...I love that!
