Had trouble with the height adjustment with the first unit I received but customer service resolved quickly and courteously. My associate I bought the chair for loves it. He has to get close to a machine that requires threading and adjustment and the chair’s base and tilt feature is perfect for that. He’s comfortable even when seated for hours. Thank you!
