The clamp-on pullout tray for my keyboard met all my expectations. (It was recommended by my physical therapist.) It arrived in a timely manner, with no damage in shipping. I was able to assemble and install it with no trouble. It puts my hands and arms in an ideal position and saves room on my desk. Just what I wanted!

I ordered the 60" Two-Tier Electric Standup Desk on a Friday night and it was delivered the following Friday. From the looks of the box that had the desk top, I just knew it would be damaged inside. But due to the super excellent packaging on the inside of the box, not a scratch on the desktop - whew! It was easy to assemble - there was a video on the website that was helpful as well. The only hitch at the very end was that the power cord to the wall was missing. That took an extra week to get. Customer Service was very pleasant and responsive both by email and phone. The metal legs and tier are made of good, thick, sturdy metal. Now I can't imagine sitting at a desk that I can't adjust to fit my needs. It is so much nicer to have the entire desktop with all my other things always at the same height as my keyboard (especially the calculator that would not fit on some other rising stands that are available). The 60" tier is long enough to hold my three monitors and the raising up and down is quick and quiet. I would highly recommend this standup desk unit.
