The service I received from Joanna at Milligram was outstanding! The fountain pen that I originally ordered online (which was 50% reduced) was unfortunately no longer available. Joanna immediately rectified the situation and was able to offer me an alternative pen. Although it was a more expensive pen which was not on sale, she kindly organised with her manager to honour the 50% reduction. She then promptly had the pen delivered by an express courier so that it would arrive before my son's 18th birthday. This kind of exceptional and personal service is very rare these days and I can not recommend Milligram highly enough.

Can't ask for more. Prompt dispatch and great products as always!!
