I have been ordering stationary for a few years now and am consistently happy with the service and products. Recently I ordered a 2 for 1 special but inadvertently put in a wrong coupon code and didn't receive the 2 for 1. I contacted them and they immediately rectified for me, even though I had made the error. This is what excellent customer service looks like! Thank you very much!!!
