Customer service was personal, prompt and so helpful!

We're in COVID-19 semi lockdown so I expected done change to delivery process. Aust Post website says the postie will deliver to door as normal but not get me to sign. He'd just identify me by name. Fair. Postie just left fine paper goods (albeit packaged reasonably waterproofed) in the letterbox on a day that threatened to rain.
