Ordered some backlit film prints to insert into light boards in a cafe. The prints look great and were well packaged for shipping. Customer service was a help via the chat option on the website too. The reason for a 4 star over a 5 is that the "order it today, have it tomorrow" banner on the website is deceiving. That wasn't an option and to get the delivery in less than a week I would have had to pay over $100 shipping for 2 prints. I chose the cheaper ground shipping and had it in just over a week. Overall, I will be ordering from here again.

The quality of the prints is fantastic. However, it took a very long time to deliver.
