Annie's Dollhouse

last doll was too small & child like, will be getting a new one soon.

this is my second full doll purchase from annies and they are a legitimate source with good customer service . first doll was flawless from factory but the second does have some minor defects from factory that i can live with . overall experience with annies was great

My doll exceeded my expectations and is extremely beautiful. Delivery took longer than I had hoped but considering that it is the holiday season and delivery of the COVID vaccine I can understand

I was nervous ordering at first and after the pictures they sent did not match the item I thought I had ordered I became even more disillusioned. However, just mentioning that it was the wrong item caused customer service to immediately reply and recognize they had made the wrong one. They quickly worked on making the right item all the while in constant communication with me via email. I received the item and it was exactly as I wanted it to look. I judge a company based not on how right they get it the first time but how much they work to correct any and all mistakes they may have made. Annie's Dollhouse deserves all 5 stars and more. You will not be disappointed.
