Union Electric provides quality product and service to its customers. They’re generally very easy to get a hold of and are able to address any concerns I have in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend for anybody to try out Union Electric products. They have fresh new strains dropping almost monthly. The quality of the product is consistently high, even if there are different farmers growing the strain. My one complaint is that the calculations for cannabis taxes and the total due are never consistent. You get an order confirmation with one total, and then on the day of delivery you get another message but with a different total. Usually it’s the second total that I end up paying. I really would like this to be addressed because it’s confusing. Although the price difference is maybe a few dollars at most, we’re still dealing with an all cash system so I think accuracy is important. Please let me know if this can be addressed. I would be happy to even help test the page/place an order if you can fix how these amounts are calculated and make it consistent.
