Hello from the U.S.! Recently I received an irregular handpipe from THC. It was functionally perfect but aesthetically blemished, a weak case for a return even before you consider international shipping rates. But I liked the item enough to ask THC how much it would cost me to exchange it. Jared responded to my inquiry immediately. Though THC usually doesn't offer returns/exchanges on international orders, he offered to ship a new pipe and sent me a photo (included here) of the replacement to make sure I would like it. He also told me not to worry about returning the irregular--just a picture or two to show his supplier would suffice. I would like to thank Jared for taking care of a customer that due to geographical location will probably never purchase much from his shop. Because of the excellent care, THC is in my bookmarks and will be one of the first places I look for items I cannot find locally.
