I had some issue with my doll being damaged. I will say before my doll arrived the communication was impeccable. When I had issues with my doll the communication broke down which is a shame.
It was very stressful for me to be honest. We eventually settled on me paying £500 for a replacement doll instead of sending the damaged one back. I’am still waiting for this replacement doll and hoping i get it soon. I do think SL need to work on after care and better communication with issues.
