Above and beyond customer care
I have used SDC for 6 orders now and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I had one order take a long time to arrive but that was do to shipping port issues and beyond there control, but still gave me a discount even tho they were not at fault, that is customer care above and beyond.

I ordered a GAMELADY DOLLS Tifa, and although I had some initial problems with outfit and extras as a new customer, customer assistance was patient and helped me get my order complete and finalized. As I was buying a more expensive premium doll, I was rewarded with some free extras. Including a travel case. A good choice for Canadian adult dolls. 5/5
