Good service

I ordered and received the WM 172 cm B cup doll, she looks fantastic. I was skeptical about how she would look in person verses the ad photos but was pleasantly surprised she arrived. As I order a customized version she looked better than I imagined! She is heavy but I was expecting this and is manageable as I am in pretty good shape. I do have a couple minor complaints which I think are beyond SD Canada control. Her left hip joint seems to be a bit looser then the right. This isn't a huge problem as she can still stand but is a bit annoying when I try to sit her up. Her finger nails were poorly applied and immediately started to fall off. I would recommend getting the nail and eyelash glue when ordering as one of her eye lashes came loose as well during shipping. The wig seems to be of poor quality as it sheds quite a bit and the cap can be seen in a couple bald patches. I had anticipated this and budgeted for a high quality wig and in a colour more suiting my tastes. The temporary makeup was very temporary. It came off in bearly a week but with a few basic makeup items was easily and surpirsingly enjoyable to reapply. I was not impressed with CanPar as a shipping service however. While my order wasn't damaged, their online tracking service is poor at best and not updated very well. They also missed the delivery dated they had given me, this was a problem as I had to take a day off work to wait for them. After missing delivery they did not update me as to when delivery was going to accure until the day she was to arrive five days later. Fortunately I had that day off and was able to wait for them. As for the service with SDC, this was excellent. The staff answered all my questions promptly (Thanks for your patience Al lol) and I did have quite a few of them as a first time buyer. Their website was very easy to use and placing an order was very simple. They have a wide selection of doll manufacturers to choose from in both TPE and silicon. I ended up losing track of time when placing my order as there was so much to chose from lol. Overall I highly recommend SDC if you looking to purchase a doll. The staff I dealt with was friendly and super helpful. The only reason I didn't give five stars is really because of CanPar (the shipping company) I will pay a bit extra next time to have shipping with a different company. Thank you and great job SD Canada and if I haven't said it already, thanks Al. You were super helpful and made this process really easy. When I am ready I will place anither order with you.

You really need a warming rod for it, to bring it up to good body temperature. Other than that it does feel real good!

The doll instruction manual contains a fair amount of useful information, particularly for first time owners. Much of the advice and tips will come as common sense, but there is definitely some good advice regarding the safe storage and movement of the dolls. Of particular interest is a page of diagrams showing some of the range of joint motions possible with the doll. Obviously, it's not all-encompassing, but it does show some of the more common positions and how to achieve them. While it offers some good advice and information, I wish there had been more included. I don't regret buying it, but it would have been nice to have a bit more included in the booklet.
