... this is a review of SDC. I did initially placed an order Elina, but a not long after having placed my order, a Remmy WM doll showed up in stock, and I wanted it... really wanted it. SDC were accommodating enough to allow me to change my order, since my initial order had yet to be placed to the factory. The upgrade process was very simple and went very smoothly. Point SDC. Furthermore, following their QA on the doll, they found a defect on the head and offered me a couple of great options to choose from. Again, the whole process was very easy and accommodating. Another point SDC. After receiving the doll, and seeing the head defect for myself, I will say SDC went out of their way to offer me compensation for the defect and I greatly appreciate it!
