Purchased a doll from the in-stock “X-Series” line. Even though the defect is sight on seen, the sight indicates that photos can be provided on request. However the X-series dolls already have a good price cut, and when combined with the ongoing “lucky” event it was a deal too good to pass up. Online or Eder and purchase with receipt went flawlessly. However, had to contact customer service directly after a week passed without the doll shipping. They promptly discovered an administrative error occurred and she would be shipped immediately. The very next day she arrived at my door in perfect condition. They even included a cleaning kit free which was really nice but I was more impressed with the speed at which they corrected the problem on their end and rushed the shipping! The doll was in amazing condition and by far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this vendor!

My girl arrived Friday. She is even more beautiful and realistic than hoped for. She gives great hugs! The wait time was long, but worth it. She came with so many extras, from shoes and socks to a sexy outfit to cleaning supplies and storage hardware. I couldn't be happier with her. She is heavy for me to move, if I buy again she will be a lighter model.
