I bought my first two dolls from RosemaryDoll and I'm so glad that I decided to go with them. The experience has been nothing but phenomenal. Communication with them has been very easy and they have been quick to respond, typically by the next day, sometimes even within several minutes. I know there are so many different sites to choose from so something else that made it easy for me to pick RosemaryDoll was the design of the website itself. The look of the website itself looks very clean and organized. The filter opens when trying to find a doll is something that was extremely useful and helpful for me. I have now received both of my dolls, and everything has been flawless. Any questions that have arisen were quickly answered by the people that were helping me throughout the whole ordering process. Big praise to Sue from support-team. She helped to change a lot of details of my order. The head, wig, accessory... She explained possible problems and incompatibilities and helped to change it. As for the doll: production time was as long as they announced. Shipping and customs clearance was faster than expected. The Doll itself is nearly perfect. Very soft skin, great optics, perfect to the touch. As to the shop: Wide range of dolls of different producers. A wide range of accessorys and customization options for the dolls. Nearly everything you need to keep your doll in good shape, from storage to maintenance and repair.

Overall my experience was amazing throughout the procedure from start to finish. That being from the start on inquiring information about the doll as well as getting the details on how long it takes to be made, to obtaining factory photos all the way up to receiving the doll. I would like to give special thanks to Chloe, who was the person that guided me through the entire process. The doll I got was one that wasn't shown in the site so after inquiring with her, she told me what steps I had to take in order to order that specific doll, she was very precise with all of the details which made the ordering experience much smoother. I was also given an approximate timeline on how long I'd get the factory photos, and without fail, in about three weeks from placing the order I received the factory photos of the doll, which were amazing. Then the wait from it being shipped to arriving at my place went very smooth as well! I am very happy with all of it, as the doll arrived in almost a week, which I felt was really fast. When I opened the box, it was in great condition, with a very good packaging, there was a lot of padding to keep the doll safe. I am very happy with all of the additional things that were included with the doll, and up to now, it has been an amazing doll to have. I am very happy with my experience, and I would definitely order again from here in the future!
