We were sent pictures from the Rosemarry Doll Care Team before she shipped to verify she was as selected. She arrived in plane brown packaging so there was no indication to our neighbors what was inside the box. The shipping box was undamaged as was the doll inside. We were going for realism so she is a bit heavy. It takes both of us to move her from room to room, but we were aware of this before we purchased her.
