Excellent excellent excellent extremely happy

I will definitely buy from this vendor again, they do an exellent job in customer care. Thank you.

Just a little bit at a time works great!

RLSD's web site is one of the best compannequin sites, if not the best overall. The format, information, and mechanics of navigation are all extremely well done. It gives the impression that the people who represent this company are professional and very reputable. This impression is substantiated by the fantastic customer service I received regarding a purchase; and, also by the easy ordering process, and quality of accessories I have purchased from them. When I am ready to buy my next doll, I am certain that RLSD will have my business. Until then, I will look to RLSD for any accessories I might need. Thank you all for running such a great business.

The quality of my little Layla doll was perfect. The delivery time was pleasantly quite short. The helpfulness of the RLSD staff and customer service people was always professional, prompt and to the point. A super fine group of people!
