Everything about this website and service is top quality. From the ordering process, the customer support, and the quality of the doll. Let's start out with ordering. Ordering was simple, I received everything I asked for within the estimated time that was told to me. During the process I had some questions and customer support was friendly and responsive within 24 hours. They answered all of my questions! I received pictures from the factory and got to see everything, with tons of pictures. I received the doll in a very discrete package that was even left outside of my door for 3 days!!! And yet, no one could have ever imagined what was in this box. I've stored the doll in the box ever since I received it and have had many people come through my house and no one has a clue what's in the box, it's extremely discrete. For those that are curious about the experience, let me describe this, because I think it's very important. The doll is extraordinarily heavy. It's not just heavy, but it's dead-weight heavy, not like lifting a box, because there are arms and legs, hands and feet, that make it difficult to move. The box was extremely heavy with the doll and the doll heads as well. I found this to be extremely exhausting to move the doll in and out of the box for storage. Moving the dolls arms and legs were also very difficult, because of the weight and the tension in the joints (good for support, bad for use). After several uses with the doll, I realized that it was not for me. This was something that I thought I wanted, and was very curious about and was extremely excited to receive but once I had it, I had no interest to use it after experimenting with it 2-3 times. The doll is so realistic that it's scary (at least to me). I had it laying on the bed for a day or two and occasionally when I walked into the room it startled me, I had to put it back into the box for storage. So, I caution anyone who is curious to do as much research as possible and to make sure that when you do purchase you are sure you really want this. But, I can't stress enough, the quality is world-class. It's so realistic it's scary! If you know this is what you want then buy it asap!
