RLSD is a company comprised of fantastic people. The communication with them is superb. Their customer service is excellent. RLSD's web site is the best that I have seen; logical layout; easy to navigate; useful information; great products; wonderful dolls. I will definitely continue to do business with RLSD.

RLSD offers fantastic customer service, with fantastic communication at the heart of this. The web site is laid out very logically, making it easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. Its structure is significantly better than other doll sites in this regard. Sales and customer service are also a strong suit for RLSD; far superior to other companies I have communicated with. I was very happy with a few small purchases I made with RLSD for a doll I bought from another company, before finding RLSD. When it came time to buy another compannequin this past year, I absolutely knew I would purchase her from RLSD. I could not have expected a better experience, and I will definitely continue to do business with these fantastic people.

Customer service is top-notch! At each step of my purchase, representatives of customer service met or exceeded my expectations. Before, during, and after my purchase, I was not disappointed in any way. I highly recommend RLSD when you are contemplating purchasing a doll.
