RLSD has always provided great service across every transaction I've made with them. My recent purchase was for a WM head #236, an additional head for my existing 160A doll. The head itself is super sexy in person with its unique open mouth/tongue design. Fair warning: the option when ordering this head for the "enhanced tongue" exists, however because of the already unique placement of the tongue there technically is no way to physically add the enhanced tongue on the 236 head. So I paid 75$ for an option that technically couldn't be added. Just a "heads up" for future orders! Not mad at RLSD; I'm assuming I'm the first one to mention this. The um, "experience" with head 236, even without the enhanced tongue, is really great. It's a really unique sensation and visually it looks so sexy.

Shipping came quicker then expected. Box was damaged but probably due to the truck loaders but item itself was intact.
