This is my first doll, and the process with RLSD was not only amazing but great! I contemplated buying an expensive doll. for years, just had to wait till the time was right. I ordered the SLE Series 166K Jess. I renamed her Daphne, and she is amazing. Customer service was unbelievable helpful. Kept me up to date on everything , and I really appreciated the constant communication updates. Even a few small issues, and they took care of them immediately and provided more support. The doll (Daphne) showed up and was in perfect condition. The neck bolt connected to the head was a little stuck, but nothing a set of vise grips and a wrench can't solve. Once out of the box, I did have to wait a few days for the head to arrive which was okay. You have to understand where they are being shipped from. Have some patience and it will pay off. Head arrived in immaculate condition, and I even ordered a second one. The doll. is beautiful, soft, but there is a lot of upkeep if you have never had a doll before. This was a learning experience for me. The doll is heavy in a way, but more awkward to move until you get used to how to move, position, and bend the limbs. It's truly an art. The special box gift for the season was great also, so look forward to it even it it takes a little longer to arrive than expected. I would recommend RLSD hands down for anyone that would ever ask.
