Super responsive and accommodating! Honestly, if it weren't for the customer service, I would have moved on to another company. Your products need to be more durable. I would gladly pay more if they could take a pounding and the electronic components were better protected from liquids. Could you incorporate an app/Bluetooth feature for a buttonless option in a product?
