Hello, I recently purchased your “Clone-A-Willy” molding kit and attempted to use it according to the instructions provided. Unfortunately, the product did not work as described. The directions stated to mix the mold powder with 90-degree water for 45 seconds and then pour the mixture into the cylinder. I followed these instructions exactly. However, by the time I finished mixing and went to pour the solution, it had already hardened and become completely unusable. As a result, the entire kit was wasted after a single attempt. I’m very disappointed, as I carefully followed the steps and still was unable to complete the process. Given that the instructions appear to be inaccurate or misleading, I would like to request one of the following resolutions: • A full refund for the product • A replacement shipment of the mold powder so I can attempt the process again Please let me know how you would like to proceed. The mixture solidifies way too quickly

i order the glow in the dark one to make and the mold silicone hardened instantly when it touches the water i asked for a free refill and still haven’t gotten it…

Have not received products. Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Said it would be arriving last Saturday. Have not had any delivery updates since then. When I ordered the full kit it showed up on time.
