I cannot imagine how this toy won any awards. The fact that you don’t stand behind your products and allow returns should have been my first clue that this was going to be a crappy item. It is.

Awful experience.

We were unable to use the Onda since it was too painful to use. Customer service provided us feedback promptly that we couldn’t return it.

Received defective unit. Purchased for my wife for Valentine’s Day. Never used. Attempted to charge prior to initial use. Will not allow charge to remain in unit to enable initial use. URGENT!!! Please call 914-656-2814 to provide technical support or arrange replacement. I have already been in touch with your patent attorney, Maxine Barasch, in Albany, New York.
