The ramp seems pretty nice but it’s a little heavy to move around if using on a bed

Really frustrated with the lack of proper fit on the cover. The holes for the restraints and legs are wayyyy of and currently not able to assemble. Should happen for the price.

I accidentally purchased and was charged for two of the same items, but only received one. I contacted customer service for a refund and have had no response.

Placed my order,it came 8days after it was supposed to . When it arrived it was missing the insulation that to be rolled out to expand.....paid over 100 dollars for a order I to now fight to get all.the parts too.
