When pressed deep against the stroker the sides bulge out and self destruct against the inside of the Keon leaving a Vaseline like smear that is actually the material coming off the stroker. This causes the stroker to slowly/quickly self destruct. This has been brought to Kiiroo’s attention as other users have 3D printed their own extra ring that fits on the case to prevent the stroker from spilling out and self destructing. Kiiroo stubbornly has the required ring attached to their “Keon compatible case” that they sell separately FOR OTHER BRANDED STROKERS 😂😂…I urged them to save their reputation buy adding the ring to their own original poorly designed stroker case but they opted to go the way more expensive route of replacing my stroker, AND sending me the compatible stroker case. ALL I WANTED WAS THE RING AND FOR THEM TO SEND ME ONE rather than order one from some online 3D printer. I am SUPER grateful they replaced the defective by design product but the absolute STUBBORNNESS to change course and prevent everyone from experiencing this mess is beyond me. 5 star customer service, 3 star product.
