I ordered quite a few things online and the staff was very quick to fulfill my order. I parked in the parking lot and they brought my order to the car. Later that day I thought that my device was broken and called them to let them know. They had another device on standby for me when I came into the store to show the “defective device”. Apparently I put in the batteries incorrectly and the staff member assisted with no issues and got my purchased device working. Amazing customer service and clean facility. Online orders are fulfilled in a short turn around and the staff is friendly and professional.
