I had an order take a detour (USPS sent or was in the process of sending the items to the wrong distribution center) and contacted adultvibetoys.com to inform them about the issue. Adultvibetoys did call the USPS distribution center (in North Platte, NE) and got the order headed the right direction. I used email as my communication method.
