I absolutely love my new backpack, it has the most perfect amount of space even in the front compartment, which I worried may have not had enough space. I am so excited for my cross country road trip even more now knowing my valuables will be extra safe.

I was greatly impressed by Pacsafe's customer service when it came down to warranty. I bought a bag from Amazon about 3 years ago and the handle on the bag broke unexpectedly. Pacsafe took care of the problem in fast and pleasant manner. I will definately buy from this company again because they stand behind their promise. Thank you Pacsafe!

The new models of hip bags are frankly overdesigned . The awkward locking mechanism for zippers attached to the outside of the bags is cumbersome and tends to snag on things . I have more than 10 of your hip bags since the 90's and the best ones by far are the old models . The small secret pockets and the rear zipper pouch are all great . I have replaced many zippers over the years...never any charge . The Bangkok dealer is great really . Has replaced at least 5 times different zippers on different bags....the zippers are all great , just get daily normal use...I never leave home without a hip bag here in Asia and around the world on motorbike . Pleas bring back the very large hip bag....I do not like the cross body style as too hot here in Thailand et al. The big hip bags are great , just try to simplify the design . The zippers can easily lock together , without the outside attachment , just use a small combo lock if need be . The new style belt locking mechanism is also ok after getting used to it . Please also keep the small velcro coin purse built in to the older style bags...very usefull daily .You have a great product , best in the world . ! I really like the Pacsafe products I purchased (120L Pack Protector Net, Retractasafe Lock & RFID sleeves). My entire experience with the company has been top notch. They offer, by far, THE best on-line shopping experience. The experience was so much better than Amazon, WalMart, NewEgg, and all others I've used, that I drafted and sent Pacsafe a praising email separate from this review.

We really love our Pacsafe products and didn’t have to worry at all about our stuff being taken in Europe.
