got it quickly- no problems, packaged well and secure. It is a bit heavier than i thought it would be but it gets the job done easily because it does what it says, and i love the way it folds flat to store in my car trunk! thank you!!!

I like the Upcart very much. My garage is in the basement and this makes it much easier getting my groceries up in the kitchen. It is very sturdy and easy to use. However, I was missing one bungee cord from the package. I would recommend this item.
