I still can't get my cart to "snap" open or closed as it is shown in your videos. Therefore, my cart tends to not stay open or closed. Help!!

I really like the cart, but I can’t hardly get it up the stairs with 1 grocery bag 💼. I’m afraid it will just go in the closet and never used & money wasted. I really like your ad & family helping 🙂 thanks Elaine Ringeis

Very HEAVY items: the weight can pull the handle towards the down hill side thus losing control. Everything else seems just as advertised. Shipping was extremely fast.
