I like the product tho we haven’t used it yet. We did try it without a load. My compliment goes to the support department. When the first one I ordered did not arrive and I called/emailed, they checked where it was and sent a new cart. I didn’t have to do the tracking they took care of it with UPS. Thank you very much.
