What an ingenious design for a dolley. I have to haul wood up my steps on porch to get in the house. I am 66 and fairly fit and strong but this makes it so much easier. Also can use it for small furniture or heavy boxes Shipping and all was great as well. Thank you thank you

This is just what I expected and is exactly what I need to move groceries, household items, heavy, bulky items from my car to my home.

My Upcart arrived the week I moved into my 4th floor condo. Having to go up 54 steps (no elevator in the building!) this saved me so much work and many trips. I have since used it to bring up groceries and packages. It goes up and down smoothly without thumping on every step.

Works great up and down stairs. Carries heavy loads. Wish there was a locking mechanism to hold it in the open position. When I strapped it down with bungee cords it wanted to fold up. Also handle covers started to slip some. Still will use as it truly is innovative and makes moving so much easier. These were minor annoyances that if fixed could improve the product experience.
