I use my up carts all the time ... I have 2. They are so easy to maneuver about. I have recommended this product to friends and family and they all have bought one. Your service is phenomenal... I needed a part for my large up cart all I did was send a picture along with a description ... your response was immediate.... the part was sent right away. These carts are so handy and well-built. I bought deluxe carts for my siblings and myself. Ordering was really easy, and customer service was very friendly and helpful. Great pricing, too. The carts handle loads with ease up and down stairs, and great for bumpy sidewalks. My apt. is not close to the parking lot and has steps up to one entrance. It's great to get all my groceries and any other goods to my apt. in one trip. No problem going over curbs. Each cart was sent separately and packaged very well, easy to open and remove contents. The accompanying bag is roomy and no hassle to attach to the cart.

I purchased an Upcart and unfortunately had a problem with it. I notified the company right away and was surprised how quickly they addressed my issue. They happily refunded my money, I was impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Upcart! My son has had an Upcart for several years with no problem, but these things happen! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Upcart!, they seem to have what’s needed these days , great customer service!!!😄

The UpCart was bought because our elevator is being upgraded and will be out of service for 3-4 weeks and we live on the 4th floor. We have our groceries delivered to the front gate (COVID-19 reasons). The UpCart with two folding boxes and carry all bags allows us navigate the stairs with as much ease as normal climbing the stairs. The strapping accessories are well designed.
