Recently I've had an incident with my peek a boo crossbody, and I must say the costumer service was NOT what I expected. In times of pandemic, we are all with our alcohol gel hanging in our purses, and I had mine too. I usually uses bath and body works. I dropped some in the front part of my purse and automatically stain. I've tried everything so far to come out without a success, so I reached out to costumer service and the response was one and done "Unfortunately, because we have not had any issues of the sort so far, we are unsure of what can be done to remove this mark.We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! " I thought they would say something different, like let me investigate if there is something that we can be done, since this will be a common issue thought out this difficult times. I wish I could post the pictures!
